By using Deewar you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. The service

Deewar is a free wallpaper gallery. No account is required, and there are no fees or paywalls. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

2. Wallpaper license — yours to use

Every wallpaper on Deewar is released under CC0 (Creative Commons Zero) or an equivalent public-domain dedication. That means:

• You may download, copy, and use any wallpaper for personal and commercial purposes, without asking permission and without paying anything.
• Attribution is appreciated but not required. If you credit the creator, use the creator and source shown on the wallpaper's page.
• Each wallpaper's page shows its recorded creator, source, and license. Where the original source page states additional terms, those terms apply to that work.

We work to keep license information accurate, but for high-stakes commercial use you should verify the license on the wallpaper's original source page yourself.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Claim you created a wallpaper you didn't, or misrepresent who owns or licensed any image.
• Hotlink our hosted images at a scale that abuses the service — download the file and host it yourself instead.
• Scrape the site aggressively or attempt to disrupt it.
• Use wallpapers in connection with unlawful, defamatory, or hateful content.
• Imply that Deewar endorses you, your product, or your content.

4. Advertising

Deewar is supported by advertising. Ads are served by third-party vendors (currently Google AdSense) and are clearly labeled as advertisements. We don't control the content of third-party ads; interacting with an ad is between you and the advertiser. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies work.

5. No warranties

The site and all wallpapers are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deewar and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or any wallpaper, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
